The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a cozy bed, hot shower, and functional amenities like a fridge and microwave.While I appreciated the warmth of the room and the attentive service provided, I believe that a few enhancements, such as addressing maintenance issues and updating the decor, could elevate the guest experience to a more luxurious level without compromising the value proposition.
