The atmosphere upon entering the room was a blend of anticipation and concern, with a hint of a moldy scent that lingered, slightly offsetting the initial impressions of the property. Despite the affordable rates that the motel offers, there are maintenance issues that could use attention, such as the malfunctioning heater and dated furnishings.On the positive side, the hosts were exceptionally welcoming and made every effort to ensure a comfortable stay, impressing with their friendliness and willingness to assist. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a cozy bed, hot shower, and functional amenities like a fridge and microwave.While I appreciated the warmth of the room and the attentive service provided, I believe that a few enhancements, such as addressing maintenance issues and updating the decor, could elevate the guest experience to a more luxurious level without compromising the value proposition. For those seeking a reasonably priced accommodation with friendly hosts and basic amenities, the Regal Motel offers a decent choice.
